
PAIN PAIN PAIN!!! Or should i say, cramp instead. WED gym-ing session and used this target-your-inner-thigh-muscles machine and now my inner thighs (where it's located near to the groin) are extremely cramped up. I think i havent been using that machine quite often thus causing the crampness, or it's either i pumped heavily at an instance. Don't laugh if you see me walking in a weird manner, or massaging the cramped area... I'll give you the stare like no ever. Haha.
