Year of Ox has come and sure enough it's gonna be a challenging year ahead! HANG ON PEOPLE!
As usual, 1st day of new year also applies the same old itinerary. Nothing abnormal, lots of chatting and catching up AND GOODIES. Not forgetting red packets too! Had a 2nd round of reunion dinner at my cousin's place, steamboat. This year my family didn't have steamboat on the eve because, i don't know why too. LOL. Ask my mum.
It's sucha chore thinking of what to wear for today, then tomorrow, then the next day and so on, when you didn't even plan what/how to wear when you bought your clothes and also if you didn't 'stock up' enough worth CNY clothing. I see my some of my cousins wearing just tees and jeans. Actually, how do you define clothing worth for CNY? Up to personal views huh. For me, i think tees and jeans combi is kinda causal for this occasion. How about tees and berms? I'm definitely a victim of that. Haha. Wait, is that even MORE causal? Ok, whatever esmond... For chu yi i'll just put in more effort, other days i think i'll just "AHH heck!"
