It's almost 4am now and i'm watching the music magazine from Mercedes-Benz.tv Mixed Tape. This month theme is SOUL. Last month was MODERN VINTAGE. With all the SOUL music videos by up-and-promising artistes and of course already-famous artistes, such as Beyonce, who is a Highlight for this month with her hit, Suga Mama.

This is where you can get exotic & fabulous flavours of great potential artistes. Have been collecting their Mixed Tape's album collections since a few years back, from 01 to 18 and now to the current 19th. Not regretted any of their tracks ever since. For the day...

Have been working, 11am - 11pm. Hardcore huh... Was supposed to be released by 3.30pm today(SUN) but ALEX said he can't come to work as he has blisters and swollen feet, caused by his heels used for the competition yesterday(SAT). Unreluctantly took his shift, since he can't find any replacement. I'm a person who doesn't like to replace people's shift because for that day i'm already mentally prepared what time to knock off and stuff, and somemore this is so super last minute. It's not because i'm not friendly or don't wanna help. What to do? If i don't help out, it'll only be 2 staff working which is out of the question. Just let me grumble and whine for a few mintues-hours and i'll be over it. Haha. Well at least think of the bright side, i earned 66 bucks today.

Knocked off at 11.30pm because alot of guests came in last minute, for drinks though. S'pore Sling, Tigers, and even a few bottles of red wine. Everything was quite smooth except for an incident where BOON HWA(colleague) had to look for a guest in Rang Mahal(indian restaurant) after not paying for the bottle of red wine he orderd. That guest tried to 'escape' by either giving the wrong room number or giving the wrong name which doesn't tally with the room number at all. Come to 5-Star hotel to eat for free is it? He even acted pro but not pro when ordering the red wine.

During the afternoon, i chatted with an elderly couple who're from Ireland. They have travelled quite a few countries before landing in Singapore. Upon hearing that they're from Ireland, i asked them "I heard from somewhere that Irish language is one of the most difficult language to learn?" Back in their country, Irish language was their 2nd language and English was their 1st, so everyone still speaks English though. It was because of the colonisation of the British/English back those years. Then we continued chatting... When finally i returned to the bar, BOON asked "Ehh, your best friends ah?" Haha. They're nice great elderly folks ma...

During the night, there was a pax of 7 came to have a few drinks. When i served them ice water, one of the guys said "This is double vodka shots with water as mixer and ice cubes." I laughed, but not loudly though. Imagine i laugh loudly in front of them, i think they'll just be put off. I told them "Yup, this has special ingredients inside to make you sleep better." and i forgot what else i said.

Alright, it's 4.28am now. I seriously need the 'double vodka shots' to put me to sleep now.
